1. Eligibility for a Refund

A refund will be processed only under the following specific conditions:

  • The product you received is damaged in transit.
  • The product you received is expired at the time of delivery.
  • You received an incorrect product (i.e., not the item you ordered).

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. How to Initiate a Refund Request

  1. Contact Us Promptly: Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of product delivery via email or WhatsApp.
  2. Provide Order Details: Mention your Order ID and describe the issue clearly (e.g., “damaged item,” “wrong product received”).
  3. Submit Proof: You must provide clear photographic or video proof of the damaged, expired, or incorrect item. An unboxing video is highly recommended for a faster resolution.

Our team will review your request and the proof submitted. If the claim is verified and approved, we will initiate the return and refund process.

3. Refund Processing Timelines

  • For Approved Claims (Damaged/Expired/Incorrect Products):

    • Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will process the approved refund within 5 to 7 business days.
    • The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after the returned product has been picked up and verified. You will be required to provide your account details for the transfer.
  • For Cancellation of Prepaid Orders:

    • If you cancel a prepaid order before it has been dispatched from our facility, a full refund will be issued.
    • The refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.

4. Important Conditions

  • Refunds will not be provided for issues reported after the 48-hour window from the time of delivery.
  • This policy does not cover issues arising from personal dislike of the product, or slight variations in color or packaging.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all seals intact (unless the item was received in a damaged condition).
