We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how you can cancel an order and the conditions under which we may need to cancel an order from our end.

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, or before the order is dispatched from our warehouse, whichever is earlier.

  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, you must contact our customer support team with your Order ID via one of the following methods:

  • Confirmation: Your cancellation request is not confirmed until you receive an acknowledgement from our team.

2. Orders After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled. If you have changed your mind after the order has been shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further options upon receiving the product.

3. Cancellations by JKB NATURAL CARE

JKB NATURAL CARE reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • The product is out of stock or otherwise unavailable.
  • An error occurred during payment processing.
  • The shipping address provided is incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable.
  • The order is suspected of being fraudulent.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
