1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
• You will receive a notification via SMS, email, or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped from our facility.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

We deliver to locations all across India through our trusted and reliable courier partners.

Our estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-Metro Areas: 5–8 business days
• Remote or Interior Locations: Up to 10 business days

Please note that these timelines are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges for your order, if any, will be calculated and clearly displayed at the checkout page before you make a payment.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, we will send the tracking details (Tracking ID and courier partner name) to you via SMS, email, and/or WhatsApp.
• You can use these details to track the status of your shipment on the respective courier partner’s website.

5. Important Information

• Delays: JKB NATURAL CARE is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, or issues on the part of the logistics partner. We will, however, do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
• Delivery Address: Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the pin code and a valid contact number. We are not liable for delivery issues arising from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
